Present: Bessie Walker/FDHS Culinary, Jonathon Rhodes/ FDHS Culinary, Jeremy Granson/USCG Staff: Suzi Raiford

Recommendations and considerations: Schedule 2017-2018 monthly meetings for 12:30-1:30 pm. Recruit new partners and confirm current partners.

Activity update:

2.23.17-KIGR – students worked on the line to create chicken alfredo pasta dish and design their own pizzas.

3.4.17-QUEST competition: FDHS place third out of five teams and the students learned to improve their sanitary/clean as you go skills.  Their flavors were top.

3.10.17-FCCLA- FDHS students placed third in Entrepreneur and second in Career Investigation and learned a lot about competition presentations and details.

Week of April 24: Jeremey Granson, USCG Chef, Josh Shea/Riverdogs to be confirmed to speak to classes.
